2. Description of Service Local Notes is a free, browser-based note-taking application. All notes are stored exclusively in your browser using LocalStorage and/or IndexedDB, encrypted with AES-256. The App has no server-side storage, no user accounts, and no registration requirement.

Since all data is stored locally, SerGioPlay01 has no access to your notes and bears no responsibility for data loss resulting from browser storage clearing, device failure, or browser updates. We strongly recommend exporting and backing up your notes regularly.
5. Intellectual Property The App, including its design, code, and interface, is the intellectual property of SerGioPlay01. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written permission.

10. Offline and Online Modes In offline mode, the App functions fully using cached data and no data is transmitted to any server. In online mode, Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage statistics. You can switch modes using the network toggle in the App footer.
